Richard Child Also a trustee for British Youth For Christ, Richard is a committed Christian living in Winterton-on-sea. He is a member of Ormesby Baptist Church (Light of Life), is married and has six “children”. He is co-director of a financial planning organisation and his passion is to see God’s Kingdom built in the school.
Ali
Alison Roberts A committed Christian since 1995, Alison lives in Gorleston and worships at Cliff Park Community Church in Gorleston but during East Norfolk Youth for Christ’s transition into Great Yarmouth is also meeting with the congregations in the town. She volunteers full time for East Norfolk Youth for Christ as centre manager, administrator, secretary, treasurer and publicist and has two grown up sons. Her passions are telling people about Jesus, discipling and equipping and empowering a generation of youngsters to be the people God created them to be
Nigel P
Nigel Parrott Nigel has a grown up son and owns a sweet shop in Great Yarmouth town centre. He worships at Park Baptist Church in Great Yarmouth and is passionate about the young people in difficult circumstances in the town and longs to see the people of the town coming to know Jesus as their Saviour.
Matt WK
Matt Woollard-Kingston has grown up in Great Yarmouth and is married to Amelie with 2 young sons. They worship at Kingsgate Community Church in Southtown where Matt also works on the centre management team. Matt is a committed Christian and believes that the young people of Great Yarmouth have lots of potential to achieve great things.
Stuart Hanks
Stuart lives in Gorleston and works part time for a company providing technical manpower services to gas platforms in the Southern North Sea, after 30 years managing large holiday parks around the UK. He attends Cliff Park Community Church in Gorleston and has an adult son. Born in London, Stuart came to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and met wife Julie through Christian youth activities in his teens at Oriel Grammar School and Gorleston Baptist Church in the 70’s. He was involved with Identity Youth Project as a trustee for a number of years. A Jack of few trades and master of not a lot Stuart is grateful to be invited to help East Norfolk Youth for Christ introduce Jesus to young people who do not know Him yet and sees East Norfolk Youth for Christ as the town’s and, the area’s biggest opportunity to do this outside of a church environment.
